Menu For the Week

I have been seriously MIA for nearly 6 months! I cannot believe how time flies! My goodness, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, A New Year began, Valentines Day, Presidents Day...all gone!!! I am completely out of the habit of posting...hoping that will change.

What better way than to start with a menu for the week! This Christmas, I put together a cookbook for my family and friends with mine and my families' favorite, tried and true recipes. The cookbook also contains well-loved recipes from friends and neighbors. It originally began as a tribute and gift to my mother, but blossomed into something much larger. So far, I've printed 90 cookbooks and they are all gone!! But, I'm getting ready for another print run (which I'm adding a few more recipes to)...so if anyone's interested, let me know, and you can purchase one from me. I guarantee you will love it and you'll use it for nearly every meal! All of these recipes are in the cookbook (there are over 200 recipes in the book)

Tacos...A Cluff Family Favorite
Seriously, the Kohler/Cluff clan has a serious addiction with tacos!

Chicken a la Fuente
I personally have never made this, but Jana swears by it-my opinion will come soon!

Sweet Pork Roast Tacos
LOVE these with the homemade Cilantro/Ranch dressing

Fried Pizzas
Just the name sounds delicious!

Fire Roasted Tomato/Basil Soup with bacon
This soup is probably my most requested recipe from friends.
